Up until June 26, 2009, Amazon’s Movers & Shakers list tracked an item’s selling trend. The sales rank of a particular item would update once per hour, letting consumers know if a particular item was getting more or less popular. Wordpress v2.8 Available for Beta Testing

The latest version of Wordpress, version 2.8, is now available for Beta Testing. New features are too numerous to list here. Consult the 2.8 Features Page. One particular feature I found interesting was the “improved database performance.” I’d be interested to see just how much faster v2.8 is when compared to v2.7.1.
